This Anti-Brady section of Christian Gun Owner is dedicated specifically to provide a space to regularly counteract all false claims (which is most of them) made on the
Brady Campaign to Reduce Gun Violence web site.
Subjects discussed here will be only briefly mentioned on this page with full commentary on linked pages, which will also be included in the
Christian Gun Owner blog.
All updates on this page will be below the divider. There is plenty of fodder on the Brady site to provide tons of opportunities for common sense counter commentary. But without action by visitors to this web site, it will be for little good. The resources available to the Brady site are huge and this site is an individual site owned and operated by me only. However, with the people who visit this site taking the information herein and using it in their circle of influence however large it may be, the effect can be significant. Use whatever influence you have as both a Christian and a gun owner to demonstrate our constitutional rights and to counteract the propaganda that we would all be "safer" if the populace was disarmed. Big movements are made up of individuals who care enough to use what resources they have, large or small to make a difference. Go for it.
The Parker vs District of Columbia appeals court decision
has effectively overturned the District of Columbia's odious "gun ban" allowing private citizens to possess functional firearms in their homes for protection. And the great thing about it is that the decision happened right in the Brady Campaign's back yard. Now it is one of the most watched decisions ever, concerning gun rights.
The Brady Bunch believes that all
schools are safer if everyone is disarmed.
The amazing statement made by the Brady Campaign that "despite Virginia Tech school campuses are safer than the neighborhoods around them" shows just how sick their determination to disarm America is. They are asking us to forget reason and facts. Just trust them. I don't think so.
A Nebraska mall shooting shows the futility of gun control.
A state with laws heralded by the Brady bunch once again proves to be a haven for the activities of a murderous madman. In a state where no law abiding citizen can carry a concealed weapon, everyone is a potential victim for any criminal that disregards the laws of the state. Such is the fantasy world of death that the Bradys see as positive.
Gun control doesn't work in Illinois.......again.
Yet another lunatic goes out in a blaze of glory at the expense of innocent victims who had no means to protect themselves. The lunacy of gun control is once again made evident as the innocent are disarmed, and the insane is carrying an arsenal.
